Director of Strategic Development

Join the senior management team in guiding ours future phases of growth. In this newly created postion the Director of Startegic Development will be responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive fund development plan, overseeing communications and marketing and assisitng with strategic program growth. Dynamic, creative leader with proven track record in successful fund and business development is required. Springfield-based., half-time (to start). Flexible hours. EOE.

Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Work in a busy multi-disciplinary team setting. The successful candidate will have clinical experience working with individuals, families, groups and older adults. Responsibilities include direct caseload including groups, some outreach and case management. Knowledge of local resources and multi-cultural understanding and sensitivity. LICSW (or eligible) required. Part-time with potential to full-time, flexible hours. Springfield based. EOE.
