Adult Education Services

JFS offers face-to-face and remote classes to prepare the refugees we resettle for their first jobs.

For newly-arrived refugees and others in our employment program, we offer a 7-week recurring course that integrates basic English, digital literacy, and pre-employment skills with cultural orientation training. Additional classes are offered in driver’s education. JFS also matches refugee learners with volunteer English language partners and community integration mentors.JFS Adult Education services are for JFS clients only and are not open to the general public.
