JFS SeniorLink: Elders can be faced with challenges of day to day living as they grow older. Children and other family members find themselves trying to make important decisions in a crisis. This can be overwhelming, especially when family members are far away.

The JFS SeniorLink Program offers comprehensive assessments conducted in the home with the involvement of family members. All services are provided by our certified geriatric care managers. The solutions we suggest are presented in a positive manner with the goal of improving the elder's quality of life.

In addition, JFS serves as guardian or conservator when needed.
