ESSEN-tials, kosher food program

ESSEN-tials is a Kosher Food Initiative sponsored by Jewish Family Service and Rachel's Table

During times of financial hardship, people who observe Jewish dietary laws cannot depend on food pantries to meet their needs. Food insecurity across the country is growing among Jews that keep kosher.  Every other month Rachel's Table volunteers prepare bags of kosher food for individuals and families in need.
