Our employment volunteers have joined us on employment skills trainings at the Moxon Mobile Food Bank and the Hatfield Food Bank of Western MA warehouse. On these excursions, they’ve helped to provide guidance and transportation for our clients. One of our Employment volunteers recently joined us to help clients learn to read a schedule in our of our World of Work classroom sessions.
With the support of volunteers, learners get one on one attention that helps build their confidence as they prepare for new horizons. In our Digital Literacy Circles, volunteers are essential to skill building through small group support.
